Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, project type and message. Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential source material or payment details. We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating about potential projects.
Technical information and location
Hosting systems may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to operate and protect the website. Where playback is available, the server uses an IP-based country check to enforce United Kingdom viewing restrictions. The player does not request your device's precise location. Location checks are not a guarantee of physical residence.
Service providers
Contact enquiries are transmitted to the website owner's project notification service. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information necessary to deliver the website. Film information and images are provided by TMDB; loading an external image makes a request to its image service. Site fonts are self-hosted. We do not sell enquiry information.
Optional external screening player
The separate Shubh Movie page can load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only after you select Watch film and the server verifies an eligible United Kingdom connection. No YouTube player is loaded merely by visiting that page. Choosing to load it connects your browser to YouTube, which may process technical information and use storage under Google's privacy policy and YouTube's terms. YouTube controls sign-in, playback and embedding permissions; our page does not change the source video's availability on YouTube.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed for the conversation and any legitimate record-keeping obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to certain uses. Use the contact form with 'Privacy request' in your message. UK visitors may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the site's services change. No advertising analytics or marketing subscription service is enabled in this version. Additional services will require corresponding privacy information.
